15TH General Council Meeting of the Federation will be held on 7TH,
8TH and 9TH November 2014 at Circus Maidan, 2nd
Mile, SEVOKE Road; Siliguri-734001 WB to transact the following business in
accordance with the Bye-Laws.
Inaugural Session Starts at 11 AM on 7th November 2014

The
Secretary General reads the notice for the 15TH General Council
Meeting for the approval of the house and announces the number of delegates
present forming the quorum as per rule 5(g) of Rules & Regulations of LIAFI.
2.
Welcome
address by The Chairman of the Reception Committee.
3.
Opening
address by the President of LIAFI
4.
Selection
of Election Officer by the Presidium, Election Officer explains the procedures.
5.
To
read, consider and adopt Secretary General’s Report.
6.
Report
from Zonal Councils.
7.
Election
Officer announces the voters list. Issue of Nomination Forms. Submission of
nomination Forms by the contestants.

Discussion
and adoption of amendments if any to LIAFI RULES AND REGULATIONS.
a.
To
adopt various amendments previously approved by the Executive Committees.
9.
Open
House
10. Announcement of valid
nominations after scrutiny.
11.
Election
Begins.
12.
Election
Officer submits list of elected candidates to the Presidium.
13.
Presidium
invites the newly elected candidates and introduces.
14.
Any
other matters with the permission of the Chair.
15.
National
Anthem.
