Dear Sirs,

You all are aware that some Zonal leaders met at Kolkata on 26.8.16 and authorized Sri.AsisKumar Das,RCMukherjee,Onkarsingh&ArupBanarjee to discuss with the concerned for arranging one EC Meeting & Office bearers meeting. Sri.Asis kumar and Arup banerjee came to visakhapatnam and partisipated in the Central Secratariat meeting held on 1-9-2016.

After prolonged discussions the Central Secratiat authorised Sri.Asickumar Das to talk to all and sundry for attending 72nd E C M at JAIPUR on 24(office bearers),and 25&26 sep 16. The resolution is sent to you already. I feel he is on that assiginment. Instead of giving time and extending cooperation some persons are posting unwanted news in social media. The C.S is capable enough to reply but to avoid unpleasentness we are keeping quiet. A few leaders all ready made the atmosphear vicious and they donot want unity.

I request all the above leaders to attend 72 ECM at Jaipur and get clarifications for the decissions taken by the Central Secretariat. The CS will abide by the decission of the EC.
